The National Conference of Artists (NCA), Inc. was founded in 1959 as an organization of black artists, educators, historians, gallerists, students, collectors, and supporters of the arts. The goal is to preserve, support and promote African American culture through programs that reflect the needs of black artists.
Young Lions and Lionesses, curated by Jide Aje, runs through February 4, 2024 at the NCA Gallery and features Kaleigh Blevins, Tia Nichols, Jonathan Kimble, Melinda Ruth Rushing, and Habacuc Bessiake.
